目前大多数嵌入式摄像头采用的MIPI CSI接口虽然速度快、稳定，但兼容性和便捷性远不及兼容UVC协议的USB接口。而且在MIPI CSI接口的前提下，很多平台使用摄像头需要配套的驱动和软件，比如树莓派上的libcamera，Ubuntu上的V4L驱动等。

在树莓派HQ摄像头上适配UVC转接板，通过该转接板实现UVC协议的支持和通信。IMX708 UVC摄像头也是如此，对其进行了适配，这样就可以将其用作网络摄像头。

该摄像头配备75°(D)x66°(H)x41°(V)定焦镜头和板载音频。它兼容Windows、Linux、Android和MAC等。除了设备驱动程序之外，不需要安装任何其他驱动程序，这是一款真正方便的摄像头。
