Reverse-acting rupture discs are notched, one-piece components made of nickel, nickel-based materials (Inconel, Hastelloy), or stainless steel. They are primarily used in processes with medium to high pressures, high operating temperatures, and large pressure fluctuations. The embossing on the non-pressure-bearing side of the reverse-acting rupture disc is smooth on the process side to prevent media adhesion.

Our cross-notch reverse-acting rupture discs (UX type) are distinguished by their compact design.
