REMBE暴破片TC（R）KUB系列介绍

适用于气体和液体介质的 TC(R)-KUB® 暴破片专为卫生、无菌和洁净应用而开发，例如制药、生物技术和食品行业。

该暴破片在压力/工艺侧上游具有光滑的凸面，可在高达爆破压力 98% 的工作比下可靠地保证无菌性，并实现高效的工作负荷。

其极其稳定和坚固的设计使其能够安全、轻松且无需扭矩即可安装在标准管道连接中。

此外，TC(R)-KUB® 型号还集成了 PTFE 卡箍密封件（符合 FDA 和 USPS VI 级标准），可根据需要进行更换。

The TC(R)-KUB® bursting disc suitable for gas and fluid media was developed particularly for hygienic, aseptic and sanitary applications, e.g. in the pharmaceutical, biotec and food industries.

This bursting disc has a smooth convex surface upstream of the pressure / process side which reliably guarantees sterility at an operating ratio up to 98 % of the burst pressure and efficient work load.

This extremely stable and sturdy design allows a safe, easy and torque-independent installation in standard pipe connections.

The TCR-KUB® model additionally offers integrated PTFE clamp sealing (IAW FDA- and USPS Class VI), which can be replaced if and when required.
